The Hampshire Coppice Craftsmens Group (HCCG) was set up in 2003 with the aim of supporting the work of coppice, underwood and associated craftsmen in Hampshire as well as raising awareness of the benefits and opportunities they provide for woodlands and their wildlife, the landscape, rural employment and sustainable development. For more information on the aims of the group please look at the mission statement Since its inception HCCG has been activity promoting coppicing and associated crafts within Hampshire. The intention of this site is to promote the work of the group, as well as giving a voice to the people working in the woodlands of Hampshire. Although National Beanpole Week has now ended some members of the group may still have Bean poles available for purchase, for contact details please look at the members products and services page. The Group would like to thank Stansted Park garden centre and Sunnyfields Organic farm farmers market. The Coppice Craftsmens Group is also a member of Hampshire Fare who promote local producers of food, drink and crafts based in Hampshire. |
